These Terms apply to every hire booking with DIGGERS2U HIRE. They are designed to be clear, fair and easy to follow — please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Underground services are your responsibility
You are solely responsible for identifying and locating all underground services, utilities, pipes, drainage, electrical, communications and other hidden infrastructure before excavation or operation of equipment.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the hire of equipment, attachments and accessories ("Equipment") from Latitude27 Pty Ltd ACN 671 514 542 trading as DIGGERS2U HIRE ("we", "us", "our") to the customer named on the booking ("you", "your").
By booking, paying for, or taking delivery of Equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with any applicable Wet Hire, Dry Hire, Delivery, Refund & Cancellation and Privacy policies.
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment has cleared and a confirmation has been issued by us.
- Hire periods commence on the agreed delivery date and end when Equipment is collected by us.
- Additional charges may apply for extended hire, damage, cleaning, missing accessories, recovery, stand-down time, or out-of-zone delivery.
This document forms part of the hire agreement between you and Latitude27 Pty Ltd ACN 671 514 542 trading as DIGGERS2U HIRE. By booking, paying for, or taking delivery of equipment, you accept these terms.
