Dry hire means the machine is delivered to your site for you to operate. These terms sit alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.
Competent operators only
Equipment must only be operated by persons who are competent, appropriately trained and where required, ticketed for the machine being operated.
- The customer operates the equipment.
- The customer is responsible for safe operation and supervision.
- Equipment must only be operated by competent persons.
- The customer is responsible for equipment security during the hire period.
- Fuel must be returned at the supplied level.
- Additional charges may apply for damage, cleaning, excessive wear or missing attachments.
You warrant that any person operating the Equipment is competent, sober, of legal age, holds the relevant tickets or licences (where required by law), and has read and understood the operator manual and all on-machine safety decals.
This document forms part of the hire agreement between you and Latitude27 Pty Ltd ACN 671 514 542 trading as DIGGERS2U HIRE. By booking, paying for, or taking delivery of equipment, you accept these terms.
