Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we get it. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and rescheduling work, so there are no surprises.
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery: full refund.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund of hire fees; delivery fees refunded in full.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund of hire fees; delivery fees may be retained.
Where weather or site conditions make work unsafe, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule the booking at no additional charge where operationally possible. Stand-down charges may still apply for wet hire bookings already on site.
This document forms part of the hire agreement between you and Latitude27 Pty Ltd ACN 671 514 542 trading as DIGGERS2U HIRE. By booking, paying for, or taking delivery of equipment, you accept these terms.
