Our optional Damage Waiver reduces your liability for accidental damage to hired Equipment. It is not insurance, and exclusions apply.

- Accidental operational damage
- Capped excess per event
- Standard work-site use
Not covered
- Theft, misuse, negligence
- Underground service strikes
- Customer-arranged transport
- Reduces your financial liability for accidental damage to the Equipment during the hire period.
- Applies to standard operational accidents on agreed work sites.
- Caps your contribution to the agreed waiver excess on each event.
- Theft of Equipment, attachments or accessories.
- Misuse, negligence or recklessness, including operation by an unauthorised or non-competent person.
- Underground services strikes and damage caused by failure to locate services.
- Damage caused while Equipment is being transported by you.
- Damage caused by use outside the rated capacity, design purpose, or applicable laws.
- Tyres, tracks, glass and consumables damaged by misuse.
- Cleaning, contamination and recovery costs.
This document forms part of the hire agreement between you and Latitude27 Pty Ltd ACN 671 514 542 trading as DIGGERS2U HIRE. By booking, paying for, or taking delivery of equipment, you accept these terms.
